GOT QUESTIONS YOU WANT ME TO ANSWER HERE??
Send me an e-mail with your name, question, and any other odd tidbits...and make the Subject "FAQ." I will post personal-trivia stuff here, but humorous/dumb/outrageous questions are also open! I won't post your name there unless it's a really BAD question! *j/k*

FAQ About Rana "Fjorab_Teké"

What's your REAL name?
Michelle

Where from?
Northeast Tennessee, USA

Age?
30

What do you look like?
See the photo (and the rear end of my kewl car!).

Can I IM chat with you?
Sure, as long as it's in decent taste. I use a really great program called TRILLIAN. It covers AIM, ICQ, MSN, and Yahoo! Chats all in one! Highly recommended!
AIM: FjorabTeke
ICQ: 76331801
MSN: fjorab@hotmail.com
Yahoo! fjorab@yahoo.com

Interests/Hobbies?
If you don't know by now...look through my site! *L* Horses, sports, internet, outdoors, art, muzik, Supras, traveling...*L* How long do you want this list to be??

What DOES Fjorab_Teké mean? How is it pronounced??
It's a long story, but it boils down to wanting a name that's unique, unmistakable, and non-gender. So I combined my 3 favorite horse breeds: Fjord/Arabian/Akhal-Teké. As per my best ability in typed phonetics, it's pronounced "FYORab tekkie." Anyway, I haven't seen another "Fjorab" this whole time, even without the "Teké."

What faith do you follow?
I'm a CHRISTIAN!! *GIANT GRYN* I'm not one to go preaching, but if you ask, I will pour it ALL out! That's one thing that tends to scare people away from God's greatest plan...when "Christians" get in your face and are rude about it. That's not what Jesus did. I want people to know how compassionate, forgiving, and thankful for life Christians should be. I certainly want to behave that way myself.

What kind of music do you like?
I like mostly anything with a good beat and nifty instrumentals...new age, 80s pop, techno, Christian rock, alternative, classic rock, a little rap, and other odd stuff. My favorite band is The Alan Parsons Project (kind of like Pink Floyd but not as dark...but PF rox too!), and my favorite solo muzician is Moby. I also like Cloud 2 Ground, U2, Utah Saints, Mannheim Steamroller, ABBA, Fleetwood Mac, Yes, and a LOT of others. A bunch of them are ones I doubt many people would recognize. Try µ-Ziq, T99, and Hole in One for example! *S*

Favorite color?
Bright but bold teal or turquoise blue..."royal turquoise," "tealquoise," or "peacock blue" (hi Berol/Prismacolor!) if you like. Blue, black, crimson, and silver. See my "signature" on the picture above for an idea of my Prismacolor Peacock blue!

Favorite sport? Team(s)/player(s)?
Basketball: NBA: Pistons (player: Muggsy Bogues former player)
Football: NFL: Steelers
Baseball: MLB: Mets
Tennis: Pete Sampras and Andre Agassi
College: Murray State Racers, Alabama Crimson Tide, Arkansas-Little Rock Trojans, East Tennessee State Bucs, and Michigan Wolverines
To play...basketball, laser tag, and ultimate frisbee. Occasionally baseball, badminton, volleyball, and hiking. I also like web-surfing *g*.
I have a sports page dedicated to the sports fan in me.

Favorite cartoon(s)?
Looney Tunes, Garfield, Powerpuff Girls, Dexter's Laboratory, and several old cartoons from childhood that I doubt people would remember...Wildfire, Mysterious Cities of Gold.

Favorite movie?
Space Jam, Dances With Wolves, Black Stallion, Top Gun, The Green Mile, and all the Star Wars movies.

Most embarrassing moment?
The three times Taz beat me in one-on-one basketball, and the time my legs tired out during track exercise in front of him (that was so bad I quit track). I wanted to impress him so badly. But I was happy with the idea of spending time alone with him during the little one-on-one games. He was a lot of fun, and I really liked him.

Saddest moment?
When my beloved cat Cyclone died. To this day, I still have dreams of him. He was an awesome friend.

Favorite moment?
That one's easy! *S* The night Eagle & I hooked up! I summoned the courage to tell him I'd fallen for him and awaited his response. When he came to my door an hour later, he had the most solemn look on his face. I thought for sure I'd been rejected again. Then he told me the deal was on, and I just fell into his arms. We held each other for several minutes, and I felt like I was dreaming. It was awkward since I'd never had a real boyfriend before, and I couldn't believe I was really Eagle's girlfriend! *L* Now we're married, and the big event was September 23, 2000. (LOVE YA EAGLE!)

Where do you see yourself in 10 years, what do you think your life will be like then?
Eagle and I will hopefully have a farm in rural northeast Tennessee, though not too far away from the city where our friends and family live. We'll have horses and lots of stray-found pets, and we'll be happy.

Do you think any of your old crushes were true love?
I'm not sure, since I never got the chance to really find out. But I ~might~ be able to call it on three occasions. Terray, Taz, and Jazz probably were, and they were the toughest to let go of. They were the ones who made me feel special and could always brighten my day. I wanted so badly to return the favor and let them know how I felt...though it took me years to "fess up" to two of them, and I'm not quite sure what happened when I told Jazz. I was so afraid of rejection. I still wonder whatever happened in the case of Taz. But the biggest one of all of them is Eagle, and it looks like he's here for good!

If you had a parade, what would be the 3 biggest floats on it?
Hmm...
1) A really nifty one with a horse or flying pegasus, just like the one we had for Elizabeth College in the MSU Homecoming parade.
2) A BIG spinning replica of a CD on a platform, and a "poster" listing really kewl artists and bands.
3) A glowing golden cross with a long purple banner draped around it saying something like "My best Friend Died for me and for Everyone. Jesus Christ is World Peace for Now and Eternity." (a little "preachy" I know, but it would be the most awesome float!)

STILL want more stuff about me?? I have 5 of my old "Trivia" e-mail surveys, for all to see. *S* Remember: these are from e-mails, some are very similar so don't whine about being bored by them, and the dates are at the top of each one. So a few of the things on there are essentially outdated. But they're neat to see what I'm like anyway. Have fun!
